Welcome to Herohato. We are committed to offering premium imported fruits with transparency, quality, and customer trust at the core. This Sales Policy outlines our terms regarding product availability, pricing, order confirmation, and promotions.

1️⃣ Product Availability

  • All products are subject to seasonal availability and may vary by region and harvest time.

  • In case an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you immediately and offer:

    • A replacement with a similar item

    • A refund for the unavailable product

2️⃣ Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT

  • Prices may fluctuate depending on import costs, harvest yields, and shipping fees

  • Herohato reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice

3️⃣ Order Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after:

    • Successful payment

    • Receipt of an email confirmation from us

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unverified customer details

4️⃣ Promotions and Discount Codes

  • Promotional offers are valid only during the campaign period

  • Only one discount code may be used per transaction unless stated otherwise

  • Promotions cannot be applied to past orders or combined with other offers unless specified

6️⃣ Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before 10:00 AM on the scheduled delivery day

  • After that time, we cannot cancel the order as products are packed fresh and perishable

7️⃣ Right to Refuse Sale

Herohato reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • It violates our delivery terms

  • We suspect misuse of discount codes or fraudulent activity

  • The delivery address is outside our serviceable zones
