At Herohato, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to delivering premium imported fruits in the best possible condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds outlined below.
1️⃣ Perishable Goods Policy
As we deal in fresh produce, most items are non-returnable once delivered, unless:

The item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect

There is a quality issue reported within 24 hours of delivery
2️⃣ How to Report an Issue
If there is a problem with your order:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item(s)

Our customer care team will assess the claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
3️⃣ Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:

Items were spoiled, moldy, or crushed upon arrival

You received the wrong items

Your order was incomplete or significantly delayed without notice
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
4️⃣ Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

You changed your mind after delivery

Products were stored improperly after receipt

You failed to report the issue within 24 hours

Delivery failed due to incorrect address details
5️⃣ Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before 10:00 AM on the scheduled dispatch day. After this point, orders are packed and cannot be changed or canceled.
6️⃣ Replacement Option
In eligible cases, you may choose between:

A replacement delivery, subject to stock availability
